Your Responsibilities

  • Respond professionally to inbound calls and build a trusting relationship with customers.
  • Retain customers by providing exceptional service.
  • Seize opportunities to propose and sell products and services tailored to the customer's needs.

  • Assist the team with all other tasks related to goal achievement.

What You Need

  • Perfect command of French (an asset).
  • Perfect command of English mandatory.
  • Dynamism, diplomacy, and active listening, because, well, it's customer service!
  • Access to Internet connectivity : minimum download and upload speeds of 30 Mbps - the faster, the better!

Required Availability

Monday to Sunday between 7 : 30 AM and 9 : 00 PM.
