Executive Aviation is seeking Customer Service Agents at the Prince George Airport (YXS) to deliver exceptional passenger experiences. You’ll work with a coordinated team to check-in passengers, assist with self-serve kiosks, and ensure smooth departures while upholding airline policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role
• Proven punctuality and reliability in airline or service context
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and comfort with computers/software
• Travel and Tourism Diploma or Marketing/Business Diploma in progress or completed

Responsibilities

• Assist with passenger check-in and greeting
• Support self-serve kiosks and boarding processes
• Prepare aircraft for on-time departures
• Facilitate deplaning and boarding of passengers
• Greet arriving passengers and assist airline crews
• Follow airline and airport check-in policies
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming

Responsibilities

Our customer service agents are responsible for creating a safe and stress-free experience for travelers as they begin and end their journeys:

• Helping passenger'scheck-in
• Supporting self-serve kiosks
• Preparing aircraft for on-time departures
• Facilitating deplaning and boarding of passengers
• Greeting passengers who are arriving from flights
• Following airline specific check-in policies and procedures
• Positively work airline crew
• Light grooming duties
• Kindly enforce airline and airport policies and procedures to passengers

Qualifications

• You are a true customer service champion with a minimum of two yearsin a customer-facing role
• You bring a proven track record of punctuality and reliability and understand that performing on time is a cornerstone of airline service
• You love to multi-task and are comfortable in a fast-paced where time pressures are a way of life
• You are a great communicator in both individual and group settings and have a demonstrated proficiency withcomputers and software.
• Completion or working towards completion of Travel and Tourism Diploma, Marketing or Business Diploma
• Previous airport experience would be considered an asset
• Flexible availability to work shift work which includes early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends and/or holidays
• An ability to meet all conditions of employment:
  • Restricted Area pass issued by Transport Canada
  • A criminal background check
