Job summary

Executive Aviation is hiring a Catering Agent at Hamilton Airport (YHM). You will be organized, proactive and able to lead by example while working in a fast-paced aviation environment. This role offers a clear path for growth within a supportive team led by a Shift Lead.

The position pays $18.40–$21.45 per hour, with health benefits for all staff and exciting flight benefits with the airlines served. Candidates must be flexible for shifts and weather conditions, and be eligible to work in

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather.
• Ability to operate a forklift truck.
• Transport Canada Restricted Area pass required.
• Criminal background check required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Organize catering space, supplies and truck.
• Stock galley carts and canisters per airline specs.
• Track inventory and place orders as needed.
• Complete Transport Canada In-Flight Supplies regulatory forms.
• Organize stock orders and delivery times.
• Communicate with airlines/airport/management and contractors as needed.
• Respond to airline crew reports promptly.
• Upload/offload catering from aircraft.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
