Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance, and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. With over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure, we are problem solvers.

This role is within our Demand Management and Network Infrastructure team, which looks after 60 million meters and provides advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?

We are recruiting Customer Service Advisors based out of our Langley office. You will ensure all customers are dealt with effectively, accurately, and promptly. You will support the Customer Experience Team with daily operations, handle inbound and outbound calls, manage customer enquiries, book appointments, and accurately capture call data to assist management reporting.

You will work with the Customer Experience Manager and Team Leaders to promote Morrison Water Services, escalate service failures or priority issues, and maintain ownership of customer issues until resolution. You will strive to outperform personal and team targets, as well as service level agreements.

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. We will provide necessary equipment; you need a good Wi-Fi connection and a quiet workspace at home.

Assessment and Start Dates

In light of a new contract, we are recruiting over 100 positions. The next assessment days are:

  • 1st Assessment Day: Tuesday 27th May 2025, with sessions from 08:45am – 12:00pm and 12:45pm – 4:00pm
  • Start date: Monday 9th June 2025
  • 2nd Assessment Day: Wednesday 28th May 2025, with sessions from 08:45am – 12:00pm and 12:45pm – 4:00pm
  • Start date: Monday 9th June 2025

If successful, we will email you to book an assessment slot. You must bring proof of Right to Work in the UK and current address. Training begins three weeks after the start date at Worcester House.
