  • Clearly explain our products and servicesand how they can benefit our customers.
  • Guide customers through processes, answer their questions, and resolve any issues they may encounter.
  • Build positive and helpful relationships with our customers.
  • Work with other team members to ensure customers receive the best possible support.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided in our system.
  • Stay informed about AO Globe Life's offeringsand any changes.
  • Work towards achieving goals for customer satisfaction and efficient support.

What We Are Looking For:

  • You communicate clearly and effectively with people.
  • You are organized, can work independently, and are motivated to provide excellent service while working remotely.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is helpful but not required.
  • You are comfortable using computers and online tools for communication and record-keeping.
  • You are willing to obtain the required HLLQP License; support will be provided.
  • You are legally allowed to work in Canada.
