Job description

Job Position Overview

This is an interview position.

The role involves providing accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface, performing administrative duties for efficient operations, and promoting continued sales and potential revenue growth.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma preferred
  • Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations (preferred)
  • Knowledge of FedEx Express and Ground products and services (preferred)
  • Ability to complete all basic and recurrency training successfully
  • Physical ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
  • Ability to meet minimum thresholds on mandatory testing and training
  • Proficiency in operating in a PC Windows environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle stress and work effectively in a highly pressured, monitored, and changing environment
Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in French and English is required, especially for candidates residing in Quebec.

Additional Details

Position: PPT CSR, PM shift 15:30 to 19:30, Monday to Friday
