Job summary

Lorpon Labels Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support assigned customer accounts from order entry through production and delivery. This onsite role serves as a critical link between customers and our Sales, Prepress, Production, Purchasing, Shipping and Quality teams.

The person will communicate clearly, keep details organized, and address questions or changes before they become issues. Prior experience in labels or packaging is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of customer service, account coordination or order management experience.
• Experience in labels, printing or a manufacturing setting is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage detailed specifications, proofs and delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Enter, review and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Confirm job specs, pricing and PO details before release.
• Coordinate artwork submissions, proofs and revisions with prepress.
• Communicate production schedules, shipping details and order updates.
• Track orders from entry through shipment and follow up on timing.
