Responsibilities

• Lead the Mississauga Label Production Team with accountability for safety, quality, productivity, cost control and on-time delivery.
• Oversee daily production operations, target achievement and quality standards.
• Manage labor, overtime, waste and expenditures within budget; mentor staff and workforce planning.
• Use ERP, data and reporting tools to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Estimating on new business feasibility and production scheduling.
• Ensure maintenance programs for reliable production equipment and support health and safety policies.
