You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee costing, packaging, and readiness, and translate consumer and customer insights into multi-year growth strategies. Strong leadership and project management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• University diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 7-10 years' experience in a CPG marketing role.
• Outstanding people management and team leadership skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end innovation process from opportunity identification through launch approval.
• Oversee product costing, packaging, sensory evaluations, and production readiness.
• Collaborate across Category Marketing and Customer Marketing to share best practices.
• Develop and execute multi-year customer strategy aligning insights to growth.
