As a Customer Growth Representative, you’ll play a key role in growing and retaining Alinta Energy’s customer base. You’ll engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, uncovering their needs and recommending tailored energy solutions. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your ability to build rapport, promote products, and convert interest into action through a sales experience will directly impact our success.
Training is delivered in the office, Mondays to Fridays, from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Once training is complete, you’ll transition to a rotating roster between 7am and 6pm on weekdays, with occasional Saturday shifts from 8am to 12pm. After training, you’ll also have the flexibility to work from home part of the week, so it’s important to have a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
