Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
Experience with POS transactions and cash handling.
Ability to promote products and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer service and process transactions.
Promote loans, credit cards, money orders, and other services per customer needs.
Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet sales targets.
Explain product features, fees, and terms clearly and accurately.
