Momentum Financial Services Group, the Money Mart brand in Canada, seeks a Financial Service Representative in Pembroke. You will interview customers, review applications, recommend solutions, and process loans, cards, and transfers while ensuring compliance.

You will handle transactions, maintain records, and support branch operations with a customer-first mindset. The role combines sales, service, and regulated lending duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and POS transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service by assessing needs and completing transactions.
• Promote loans, credit cards, cheque cashing, money transfers, and other financial services.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet sales goals.
• Explain product features, fees, repayment terms, and options to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation in required systems.
• Follow KYC/AML and other regulatory procedures.
