Job summary

Money Mart is seeking a Retail Team Member to support customers with personal lending products, cash handling, and branch operations. You’ll deliver friendly service, assess needs, and guide customers to suitable financial solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong communication in English and prior cash handling or POS experience are preferred. Competitive pay, monthly bonus potential, and benefits are offered at our North Bay location.

• Identify cross‑selling opportunities to increase product awareness and meet sales goals.
• Explain product features, benefits, and fees clearly using approved materials.
• Collect and verify required customer information to process applications and transactions.
• Contact customers with past‑due accounts to discuss payment arrangements within guidelines.
