Job summary

Roots in Canada is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional service, build relationships with customers, and promote our authentic, community-focused brand. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will handle POS transactions, maintain standards, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has apparel retail experience, strong communication, and a friendly, proactive attitude.

We are currently hiring for a Sales Associate. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values.The main objective of this position is to provide exceptional service to customers and build relationships with them.The goal is to develop customers for life.

• Retail experience preferably in apparel.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers.
• Experience with understanding retail operation concepts such as maintaining to store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.
