You will analyze customer interactions, map journeys, identify pain points, and develop innovative solutions to elevate service delivery and product offerings, while collaborating with client teams and leveraging digital tools to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in customer experience management or marketing consulting.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing CX strategies.
• Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping, service design, and feedback mechanisms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence client decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer journey mapping and analysis to identify touchpoints and opportunities.
