IKEA Calgary is seeking a Sales Co-worker II to actively engage customers, identify their needs, and advise on the best home-furnishing solutions. You’ll represent IKEA values in every interaction and help create a welcoming shopping experience.

In this role you will keep your area clean, correctly priced, and fully stocked to IKEA merchandising standards; learn product features and share knowledge with customers and co-workers; and seek or give support within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively approach customers, identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions.
• Keep area of responsibility clean, tidy, correctly priced and fully stocked, maintaining IKEA basic merchandising standards.
• Actively learn about relevant product features and benefits, sharing this knowledge with customers and co-workers.
• Seek support and guidance from co-workers and stakeholders, as well as provide support to co-workers.
