Your role includes maintaining inventory records, handling inquiries, and coordinating with the traffic department to ensure accurate shipping and invoicing. This position emphasizes customer centricity and teamwork within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 2 years general warehouse experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and input customer orders, coordinating last-minute shipping with traffic department.
• Provide shipping and tracing information to customers.
• Maintain damage goods records and back-order logs.
• Handle returned products and arrange proper credits.
• Trace orders and update customers on status.
• Verify invoices and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and respond to inquiries and complaints.
• Communicate customer feedback to management and management of credit changes.
