Job summary

Indigo in Toronto seeks a friendly sales associate to create a warm store environment where customers can discover books and lifestyle products. You will engage shoppers on the floor, tell stories with our products, and curate selections for each guest, while maintaining Visual Standards and brand integrity.

You will contribute to a safe, inclusive store culture, support health and safety initiatives, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings (if required for the role).
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages an asset.
