Job summary

Value Buds Southpointe is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to greet customers, recommend products, and guide them through the cannabis shopping journey. You will operate the POS, process payments, and ensure smooth checkout while maintaining compliance with regulations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a customer-first attitude, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth in a fast-growing cannabis retailer.

Qualifications

• Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is an asset.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer.
• Provide product recommendations and cannabis education.
• Operate the POS, handle payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves and support basic inventory tasks.

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service while helping customers navigate the exciting world of cannabis. This role is ideal for someone who love building relationships, eager to learn and make a positive impact in a growing industry.
