Job summary

Staples Canada in Montérégie is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer service across print and service areas. You will learn products, assist customers with informed recommendations, and support the selling model to boost satisfaction.

You will handle transactions at the POS, manage print orders, keep print and cash areas stocked, and collaborate with store leadership to reach sales and margin goals. The role emphasizes teamwork and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the success of the print and customer service areas of the store by utilizing our selling model within the store and learning all our products and services to offer informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals.
• Perform in-store print production.
• Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies.
