Qualifications

• Genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
• Retail experience is an asset; education/experience combo considered.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and pride in quality results and cleanliness.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced setting with multiple deadlines and standing for long periods.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• English fluency; French language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers per Farm Boy Service Standards.
• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise with high presentation standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas.
• Follow corporate policies with focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and equipment use.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and support teammates as needed.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
