Job summary

Melanie Lyne is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to lead a fashion-forward team and deliver a memorable shopping experience. You will recruit and coach staff, ensuring exceptional service and up-to-date product knowledge.

You will support daily operations, drive sales, monitor targets, and collaborate with the Store Manager on merchandising and team development to keep the store dynamic and profitable.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and customer service.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a store management, sales and customer service position.
• Demonstrate initiative on an on-going basis.
• Strong team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a stylist to build a personalized wardrobe for the customer.
• Develop and coach a team on exemplary customer service, the promotion of programs, product knowledge and current trends.
• Monitor sales targets frequently and take actions to influence results.
• Support the Store Manager in team management and merchandising to achieve sales goals.
• Support daily operations such as receiving merchandise, changing prices, shipping orders/transfers and keeping the store clean.
