1-800-GOT-JUNK? Edmonton is seeking energetic Field Sales & Service teammates to deliver exceptional customer moments and on-site price estimates. You will join the Truck Team and Sales Training, earning through a base pay plus profit share and tips while developing sales skills that directly impact earnings.

This role starts in SE Edmonton with full-time hours and immediate start. Training is provided; performance drives earnings and career growth within a high-energy team.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Start each day at our SE Edmonton office and head out on routes with your team
- Arrive at customer locations and deliver a professional, friendly first impression- Assess the job and provide customers with an on-the-spot price estimate- Confidently explain pricing, answer questions, and overcome objections to close the sale- Safely remove junk from homes and businesses
- Load, transport, recycle, donate, or dispose of items responsibly
- Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and a winning attitude

What We’re Looking For:
- 19+ years old (insurance requirement)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Strong customer service or people skills (sales experience is a big plus!)

- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly- Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset
- Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow

No previous junk removal experience required — we train you!
