Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring for Truck Team Members in Burlington, Canada. You will join our blue trucks to visit customers' homes, remove unwanted items, and ensure safe, friendly service.

Shifts vary, with full-time and part-time options, and daily tips plus bonuses are offered. Starting pay is $18/hour plus tips and monthly performance bonuses. Ideal candidates are physically fit, have a valid G license, and demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old for driving positions (insurance purposes).
• Valid Full G License or better.
• Clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly.
• Previous customer service, sales, physical labor, and/or driving experience a plus.

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is growing and looking for positive, physically fit people to join our Truck Teams. We’re the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service, known for our professional, friendly team members and clean, shiny blue trucks.

Truck Team Member – General Labor / Customer Service / Driver

• Hiring Immediately for Full-Time & Part-Time - must be available to work at leas 3 shifts per week. Shift start times can vary between 7:30 am to 11 am and are typically 8-12hrs. We operate 7-days a week with various shifts and days available.
• Starting pay:$18/hour plus tips (cash tips daily and card tips on every pay cheque) and performance bonuses (paid monthly).

About the position

• Each shift starts at our centrally located office where you'll be matched up with your truck team and given your service routes for the day
• You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating and waste management facilities
• Be part of a company that has not missed a day of work since the pandemic started, work in a stable environment and rely on a job when times get tough.

About you

• Must be 21+ years of age for driving positions (for insurance purposes)
