Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? Calgary is seeking a Customer Experience Leader to join the Field Sales & Service Team. You’ll start each day at the SE Calgary office, head out on routes, and make a strong first impression with customers.

You’ll learn to assess jobs, provide on-the-spot price estimates, and close sales while safely removing junk. Paid hourly with profit share and tips, with opportunities for fast advancement.

Qualifications

• Customer service or people skills are required.
• Sales experience is a big plus.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years).
• 19+ years old required.

Responsibilities

• Start each day at our SE Calgary office and head out on routes with your team.
• Arrive at customer locations and deliver a professional, friendly first impression.
• Assess the job and provide customers with an on-the-spot price estimate.
• Confidently explain pricing, answer questions, and overcome objections to close the sale.
• Safely remove junk from homes and businesses.
• Load, transport, recycle, donate, or dispose of items responsibly.
• Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and a winning attitude.
