Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is growing and hiring Truck Team Members to join our general labour, customer service, and driver roles. Starting pay is $18/hour plus tips and monthly bonuses, with shifts 7:30 am–11 am and 8–12 hours across 7 days.

You’ll work from a central office, join a truck team, visit customers’ homes, and remove unwanted items while ensuring smiles and high service levels. Must be 21+, hold a valid G license, and lift 50lbs+ regularly.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age for driving positions.
• A valid driver's license (Full G License or better).
• A safe, responsible driver with a clean driving record (past 3 years).
• A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills.
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly.
• Previous customer service, sales, physical labor, and/or driving experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Each shift starts at our centrally located office and you’ll be matched with your truck team and routes.
• You’ll head out in our blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and remove unwanted items.

Truck Team Member – General Labour / Customer Service / Driver

• Hiring Immediately for Full-Time & Part-Time - must be available to work at least 3 shifts per week. Shift start times can vary between 7:30 am to 11 am and are typically 8-12hrs. We operate 7-days a week with various shifts and days available.
• Starting pay:$18/hour plus tips (cash tips daily and card tips on every pay cheque) and performance bonuses (paid monthly).
