Job summary

TD in Edmonton, Alberta, is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support Relationship Managers/Analysts and Account Managers in meeting daily customer needs and onboarding new customers. You will deliver legendary service and help drive profitable growth while coordinating with partners across TD.

Ex- perience in financial services and an undergraduate degree are preferred, with 3+ years in related roles. The position offers full-time hours and a base salary within the posted range.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• The CSO supports teams of Relationship Managers/Analysts and/or Account Managers to meet day-to-day customer needs.
• Onboard new customers to the bank and deliver legendary customer experience.
• Facilitate customer requests with partners (CCSC, Visa, Retail Bank) with proper referrals.
• Assist with AML/KYC reviews and account openings following policy.
• Cross-sell products and refer opportunities to TD Business Partners to grow revenue.

Education
