Job summary

Scotiabank in Powell River is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to be the face of our branches, delivering friendly service and guiding customers through everyday banking needs. This part-time role focuses on building trust, resolving questions, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.

You will process transactions, uncover needs, promote digital banking options, and contribute to sales targets within a collaborative team environment.
