Job summary

Scotiabank in Kitimat, British Columbia is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to be the face and heart of our branch. You will deliver friendly, proactive service, uncover customer needs, process transactions and nurture lasting relationships to help clients achieve their financial goals.

In this role you’ll promote digital banking options, support branch targets, and share your knowledge to help customers better manage their banking needs.

• Being a technology expert and sharing your knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications and assisting them to better manage their banking needs
