About the Role

We're looking for a full-time Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst) to join our growing team at our Hamilton locatio n ( 1241 Barton St. E. Unit Q4, Hamilton, ON, L8H 2V4 ). T his is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.

You’ll be the face of our business—guiding customers through the process of buying or selling gold, silver, and other valuables. Don’t worry if you’re new to the industry—we provide full training to give you the knowledge and confidence to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding in-person and phone-based customer service
• Evaluate jewelry and precious metals using our tools and training
• Educate customers and provide transparent, accurate information
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized store environment
