Job summary

Canada Gold is opening its Abbotsford location and seeks a full-time Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst). You will guide customers through buying or selling gold and other valuables, with hands-on training provided to build confidence in the role.

You’ll deliver outstanding personal service, evaluate jewelry and precious metals using our tools, educate customers with clear information, and help maintain a clean, professional store environment.

Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst)

We’re looking for a full-time Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst) to join our growing team at our first Abbotsford location (2546 Montrose Avenue)! This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our new team in Abbotsford!

You’ll be the face of our business—guiding customers through the process of buying or selling gold, silver, and other valuables. Don’t worry if you’re new to the industry—we provide full training to give you the knowledge and confidence to succeed.

Experience
