You will handle deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and identify customer needs to offer appropriate products. Strong communication and accuracy are essential in a fast‑paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
• Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a calm, courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with operating procedures and regulations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions while maintaining discretion.
• Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard issues as needed.
• Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.
• Build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by participating in team effectiveness and performance development.
• Assist the team with routine activities and keep teammates informed of status.
• Recommend operational improvements to enhance quality of customer experiences.
