Job Description

We seek a well-rounded individual who understands customer needs and can advise on suitable banking solutions for a positive experience.

In This Role, You Will

  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standard procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
  • Understand and assess customer needs to recommend tailored solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues as needed.
  • Achieve goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and promptly.
  • Engage personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.
  • Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal development.
  • Support the team by respecting colleagues, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed of routine activities.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements to enhance efficiency and excellence.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use.
  • Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect with diverse individuals calmly and courteously.
