Job Description

Perform a broad range of customer service transactions, provide information and advice on services, products, and solutions to existing or prospective TD customers. Understand customer needs, identify opportunities to promote products or refer to appropriate teams, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Accountabilities
  • Create exceptional customer experiences with every interaction and contribute to ongoing improvements.
  • Complete financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary.
  • Identify customer needs, determine solutions, and open a limited range of products/services.
  • Support business objectives by promoting advice, products, and banking capabilities.
  • Understand and apply operating policies and procedures.
  • Support operational excellence, ensure accurate transaction completion, and escalate high-risk activities.
  • Participate in process improvements and ensure due diligence.
  • Comply with Bank Code of Conduct.
  • Participate as a team member, promote effectiveness, and support a positive work environment.
  • Develop knowledge and participate in performance and development activities.
  • Maintain communication and support diversity and inclusion.
  • Evaluate customer solutions, address routine requests, and escalate non-standard issues.
  • Follow standardized procedures, communicate effectively, and report to managers.
Experience & Education
  • High School diploma and/or
  • 1+ years relevant experience
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
