Job Responsibilities:
  • Process financial transactions accurately according to procedures and regulations.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions discreetly.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Promote banking solutions and complete processes efficiently to meet goals.
  • Engage personally with customers to advise on banking solutions.
  • Foster a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.
  • Support team effectiveness and keep colleagues informed of routine activities.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.
Job Requirements:
  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet usage.
  • Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail in multitasking.
  • Effective communication skills to connect with diverse individuals.
