Volt Raceway is seeking a strong leader to take charge as our Customer Service and Events Manager. This management role is responsible for overseeing customer service operations, leading a team, and ensuring seamless execution of booked events such as birthday parties, corporate functions, and social gatherings. With a focus on both exceptional guest experiences and revenue growth, the manager will handle bookings, supervise staff, and collaborate with marketing to drive event success and customer engagement.
***This is not a Monday to Friday 9-5 role. You would be required for some nights and weekends, depending on events.
