• Job type: Full Time
• Pay: $25 - $27/hr
• Location: Warman, servicing Saskatoon area

We’re looking for a Customer Care & Scheduling Coordinator to be the cheerful, organized link between our clients, technicians, and team. Pay: Depending On Experience

Shifts: Two shifts available, Mon – Thurs & Tues – Fri, based on capacity and needs.

What you'll do

• Be the friendly first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every call feels valued
• Coordinate technician schedules, service calls, and follow-ups with accuracy and care
• Keep customer records, memberships, and warranties up to date
• Support office tasks like filing, preparing packages, and organizing supplies
• Jump in to help with light warehouse or team support duties when needed
• Create a positive experience for clients and teammates every day

• 2+ years of relevant customer facing experience
• Comfortable with outbound calling
• Superior Customer Service Skills
• Professional communication: written and verbal
• Well-organized and the ability to work independently
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Expert ability at converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
• Experience in offering membership-based services
• Expert ability to respond to customer requests and resolving issues while promoting the brand
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Web-Based Software Navigation
• A valid driver's license is required
