Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will be the primary contact for retailers and accounts, supporting proactive, high-quality service while maintaining data in AS400/Webseries. Evening shifts are possible.

Qualifications

• Proven history in customer service.
• Spoken and written French is an asset.
• Excellent phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders from phone and ticketing system into AS400/Webseries.
• Assist customers with product and sales queries and complaints.
• Perform order maintenance and follow-up with outbound calls to accounts.
• Process authorized credits for accounts through AS400/Webseries.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all accounts.
• Enter new customer data and other sales data into the computer database.

SUMMARY– Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, the Customer Care Representative delivers proactive, high quality service and support to both internal and external customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for retailers, brokers, and Account Representatives regarding orders, credits, inquiries, and issue resolution for the first bullet point under essential duties.
