Responsibilities

• Process orders and handle inquiries via phone and the ticketing system; enter orders into AS400/Webseries.
• Assist customers with product and sales queries and complaints.
• Perform order maintenance and follow up with accounts via outbound calls.
• Process credits in the AS400/Webseries system.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all accounts.
• Enter new customer data and other sales data into the computer database.

SUMMARY– Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, the Customer Care Representative delivers proactive, high quality service and support to both internal and external customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for retailers, brokers, and Account Representatives regarding orders, credits, inquiries, and issue resolution for the first bullet point under essential duties.
