As the Customer Care Manager, you will build and manage a high-performing team that delivers exceptional support to our members and internal teams. Your responsibilities include creating a structure that ensures top-tier service—from answering calls and managing orders to providing accurate quotes and coordinating logistics.
You will also support rural accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and act as the knowledge base and operational backbone for our field sales reps—answering questions, providing product information, and helping them meet customer needs.
Reporting to the VP of Dealership Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping and expanding our customer care and inside sales team as the business grows. Your responsibilities include overseeing the Customer Care Team, managing key accounts, spearheading internal processes, and leading our Route Sales Representatives.
