WD Co-Auto is looking for a driven and strategic Customer Care Manager to elevate our client care and inside sales operations.

What You'll Do

As the Customer Care Manager, you will build and manage a high-performing team that delivers exceptional support to our members and internal teams. Your responsibilities include creating a structure that ensures top-tier service—from answering calls and managing orders to providing accurate quotes and coordinating logistics.

You will also support rural accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and act as the knowledge base and operational backbone for our field sales reps—answering questions, providing product information, and helping them meet customer needs.

Reporting to the VP of Dealership Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping and expanding our customer care and inside sales team as the business grows. Your responsibilities include overseeing the Customer Care Team, managing key accounts, spearheading internal processes, and leading our Route Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead, mentor, and develop the Customer Care and RSR Teams to ensure top-tier support and service.
  2. Oversee daily operations, including inbound calls, order processing, quoting, and issue resolution.
  3. Manage a portfolio of accounts, strengthening relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
  4. Ensure accuracy in quoting, order entry, project coordination, and service resolution.
  5. Shape the future of inside sales by refining processes and expanding the team with additional SDRs.
  6. Drive business development through prospecting, outreach, lead generation, and nurturing activities.
  7. Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless communication between inside sales, field sales, and support teams.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in customer service, quoting, order entry, inside sales, and project coordination, especially with large product offerings.
  • Leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset to scale and refine inside sales operations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to track KPIs and optimize processes.
  • Experience in the dealership industry is an asset but not required.
