Job Description

We are adding talented Customer Care Agents to our team! Working with your own computer, you are enthusiastic about customer service. We provide full training and ensure you have everything you need to know to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Placing customer orders from inbound calls
• Troubleshooting customer concerns/needs by active listening, and resolving the customer's inquiry to their satisfaction
• Using multiple company systems throughout the day
• Entering credits/refunds into our proprietary system
• Consulting with store staff as required

Qualifications:

• Own computer equipment
• Dedicated home office space with reliable internet
• Computer-savvy, comfortable with multiple monitors
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Requirements:

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Bilingual in French & English with excellent oral and written communication skills
• At least 1 year of call center experience

Nice to have: experience in the food industry.
