Job summary

Nutrien is seeking an accounts administrator at our Rosetown, Saskatchewan location to support branch operations. You will monitor accounts receivable and payable under supervision, reconcile payments, and maintain accurate customer records as part of a busy retail team.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a working knowledge of SAP is an asset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits.
• Reconciles payments and posts to customer accounts with high accuracy.
• Prints daily reports including End of Day and Payments Listing.
• Maintains confidential records of transactions, invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices.
• Completes administrative correspondence.
• Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments.
• Supports Nutrien’s culture of care and EH&S standards.
