Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits under supervision.
• Reconcile cheque and credit card payments daily and post payments to customer accounts.
• Print daily reports such as End of Day Report and Payments Listing.
• Maintain confidential office records and files related to daily transactions.
• Complete administrative correspondence and assist with inventory control and receiving shipments.
• Champion Nutrien’s culture of care and comply with EH&S standards.
