Summary: Collins Aerospace is hiring a Customer Account Manager to report to the Sr Supervisor, Customer Service Manager. The CAM will work in Aftermarket Spares Operations, managing customer spares orders & AOGs, processing requests for price and delivery, handling purchase orders via SAP, and overseeing shipment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Verify order details with customers and provide status updates.
  2. Check purchase orders for accuracy, inventory status, and process sales orders on SAP.
  3. Print and maintain sales documents and files.
  4. Communicate order confirmation and logistical info to customers.
  5. Respond to AOG emergencies on a rotational basis.
  6. Administer price catalogs and manage engineering change parts.
  7. Coordinate sourcing for out-of-stock parts.
  8. Handle returns, warranties, and manage warranty credits.
  9. Manage accounts receivable and collections.
  10. Maintain customer account details in SAP.
  11. Manage government contracts if applicable.
  12. Support customer portal and e-commerce adoption.
  13. Perform other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. University Degree with 2+ years customer support experience or related advanced degree.
  2. Experience in Customer Service and Manufacturing environment.
  3. Willingness to support AOGs on a rotating basis.
  4. Eligibility to work in Canada and compliance with ITAR and CCGP.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in aerospace/aviation sector.
  2. SAP proficiency and aftermarket experience.
  3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  4. Values: Ethical behavior, customer focus, accountability, teamwork.
