Summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Customer Account Manager reporting to the Sr Supervisor, Customer Service Manager. The CAM will work in Aftermarket Spares Operations, managing customer spares orders & AOGs, processing requests for price and delivery, handling purchase orders, and ensuring shipment through SAP.

This position is onsite at our Oakville Facility, Ontario.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Verify order details with customers via phone or email and provide status updates.
  • Check purchase orders for accuracy, inventory status, and process sales orders in SAP.
  • Print sales documents and maintain related files.
  • Coordinate order confirmation and logistics communication with customers.
  • Respond to emergency AOG requests on a rotational basis.
  • Administer price catalogs and manage engineering change configurations.
  • Coordinate sourcing for out-of-stock parts with Planning and Procurement.
  • Handle returned parts, warranties, and manage warranty credits.
  • Manage accounts receivable and collections.
  • Maintain customer account details in SAP.
  • Assist with government contracts and customer portal/e-commerce usage.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Basic Qualifications
  • Typically a University Degree and 2+ years of customer support experience or an advanced degree.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to support AOGs on a rotating basis.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada and compliance with ITAR and CCGP.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in aerospace/aviation sector.
  • Proficiency in SAP and aftermarket experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
