Job Title: Account Manager (Canadian Region)

We are seeking a sales professional to serve as an Account Manager within the Canadian Region.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Focus on generating new business and uncovering new opportunities using sales expertise.
  2. Ensure sales growth by identifying and developing new prospects to contribute to corporate sales goals.
  3. Align with and contribute towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  4. Act as the key interface between the customer and Samco Corporate Office in Toronto, Canada.
  5. Manage long, complex sales cycles and multiple engagements simultaneously.
  6. This is a remote position requiring extensive travel.
  7. Participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
  8. Collaborate effectively with the entire team.
Skills / Qualifications:
  1. Experience with capital equipment sales.
  2. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-up capabilities.
  3. Effective negotiation and objection handling skills during the proposal process.
  4. Strong written and oral communication skills.
  5. Experience with warm calling potential leads.
  6. Strong online presence, including social media and LinkedIn, with a drive to connect and engage.
  7. Experience selling to multiple decision-makers.
  8. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  9. Professionalism and good judgment.
  10. Strong work ethic, commitment, and a competitive attitude.
  11. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  12. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; ability to travel.
