Job summary

Celestica seeks a Senior Manager, Global Learning & Development to lead design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of learning and leadership programs worldwide. You will partner across the business to identify needs, build learning solutions and drive engagement and performance.

Reporting to the VP, Global Talent, this people-manager role focuses on strategic talent initiatives, leadership assessment tools, and creating scalable L&D playbooks to elevate capabilities across the Celestica

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years focused on learning and leadership development, organizational development, and/or talent management.
• Hands-on experience in program/instructional design and facilitation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead L&D initiatives and partner with HR Business Partners to identify development needs and design learning solutions.
• Develop and enhance leadership programs, including mentoring and coaching, aligned with the leadership framework.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, webinars and meetings across the globe.
• Manage L&D design standards and playbooks for regional teams and scalable delivery.
• Measure key L&D metrics, report ROI, and maintain monthly/quarterly dashboards.
• Oversee vendor relationships and LMS enhancements with IT/HRIS teams.
