Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Manager, Online Merchandising based in Canada to lead a team of eMerchandisers across premium beauty brands. You will oversee catalogs, site navigation, content publishing, and promotions, coordinating with IT, analytics, marketing, and product teams to deliver engaging online storefronts.

You will drive data-informed optimization, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure quality and consistency across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in e-commerce or online merchandising with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage catalogs, promotions, search, and content publishing.
• Strong analytical mindset with KPI tracking and reporting skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including IT and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of eMerchandisers to ensure high-quality execution.
• Oversee product catalogs, site navigation, on-site search, and content publishing.
• Coordinate promotions and merchandising configurations across brands.
• Collaborate with SFCC experts for testing, QA, and issue resolution.
• Drive optimization via analytics, A/B testing, and dashboards.
• Manage projects within IT release cycles and ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with analytics to track KPIs and translate insights into actions.
• Explore AI-powered merchandising tools to enhance performance.
