Northland Properties is seeking talented individuals to join its Leadership Team, offering growth opportunities and hands-on leadership development across Canada and the USA. You will train, mentor and develop staff while supporting the company’s culinary excellence and guest experiences.

Our restaurants focus on teamwork, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to participate in leadership development seminars and contribute to new restaurant openings.

Responsabilidades

• Produce all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications of the company
• Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members while helping to manage budgetary goals
• Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift
• Assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily
