Northland Restaurant Group is seeking a dynamic kitchen leader to join our Leadership Team, guiding culinary operations, developing talent, and upholding fresh, high-quality standards across Canada.

This role offers pathways to senior leadership, exposure to new restaurant openings across Canada and the USA, and participation in leadership seminars with mentoring from seasoned executives.

Formación

• Must have prior leadership in a full-service restaurant or bar.
• Ability to train, schedule, and oversee multiple positions.
• Commitment to inclusivity and diversity.
• Strong culinary production skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute menu items according to company specifications in prep and line areas.
• Direct culinary operations on a shift basis under the Chef's guidance to ensure a clean, organized kitchen with quality control.
• Manage sales and profit budgets.
• Develop others and participate in hiring, training and scheduling for multiple positions.
• Maintain a high standard of operation during peak periods.
